Issue #9: Driving under the influence (DUI)
This issue requires research to help determine when any individual that has used medicinal product is no longer able to operate a motor vehicle. How should this be dealt with in the new legislation?
The few studies that have been done show that cannabis users are safer drivers then average, so what is this all about? Please read the studies Montana legislature before making new laws.
As my 85 yr young mother said..they really have not proven it impairs your driving! If anything it improves peoples driving...
