Issue #3-Free Enterprise

Do you favor a few large growers in the State supplying all patients or the free enterprise system we have now where the market place determines which business and business model flourishes?

  1. I feel like we need to find a happy medium...Az has a totally different approach than other states to date(correct me if I am wrong) and we need to look at ALL the states approaches and rem that our state is SO unique that ours will be a new model on our own.

  2. I think as long as the laws and regulations are clear and fair there is no reason a free enterprise system wouldn't work. That's why we all live in the wonderful USA right? The professional, clean, quality driven businesses will survive and the rest will fail. I think as a lot of us have seen it's kind of the new age gold rush. But I think a lot of the get rich quick people will disappear with rules and regulation and as the quality in the market grows. Growing true medical grade cannabis requires a lot of work and knowledge and with quality standards set in place poor business models just won't survive.

  3. I feel the the best way to go is to have a group of licensed educated growers who grow for the state under their regulations. All products going out would be going to state authorized (not run) Dispensaries where any patient can go to and buy whatever they need from weed to tinctures, candies, butter and any other eatables or products. Including hardware. As long as everything is kept tight and regulated there will be less room for people to take advantage and cause us to loose this privilege.
Plus better regulation can lead to a better more consistent product.
